About NoraStream
NoraStream is a small IPTV service run out of the Greater Toronto Area. We are not a call centre and there is no ticket system. When you message us a person reads it and answers.
Why we started this
Cable in Ontario got expensive and stayed expensive. A package with the sports channels attached runs past $150 a month once the introductory rate ends. Meanwhile half the households in Brampton and Scarborough were paying that and still could not get the channels their parents watch.
We put together a service that covers all of it for $10 a month. That was the reason we started.
How we work
You get a free trial before anyone asks you for money. You pay by e-Transfer when you decide you want it. Nothing renews on its own and no card is stored. If you want to leave you stop sending transfers.
Support runs through WhatsApp because that is where our customers already are. Evenings and weekends included, since that is when most people watch and when problems come up.
What we will not do
- Lock you into a contract or auto renew anything
- Store your payment details
- Promise a channel we do not actually carry
- Argue with you about a refund inside the 7 day window
- Sell you a box you do not need
Where we work
Most customers are in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, Markham and Vaughan. The service works anywhere in Canada with a decent internet connection. See the areas we cover for city by city detail.
